A night with a strong start and finish. It is very good on AEW to cap off the last PPV of the year with a cap on the company's longest running rivalry. However you feel about the company, many can give a tip of the cap to that. It is fitting that the prediction game this go-around played out similarly when tallying up your respective trios' scores. As noted in the prior thread, two entries were removed for obvious bullshittery, and one other entry, a champion's, was suspect as they have not been here in some time. That being AEW Talent Scout. His entry was kept for the sake of having the perfect number of entries for seven trios and the possibility that a defending champion was sneaking in to defend quietly. I regret to inform him and his partners that while they nearly retained the Waffles. It was a very close defense, and seemed to be an early win. Then I got to the bottom of the team list, where the single entirely random team sat. With that said, I'd say let's formally reveal the winners AND NEW Outside Interference Waffle House Trios Champions...

It was another fine title chase! Congrats to our new champions. We all look forward to the next defense at what should be AEW Revolution 2022. For those wondering why there hasn't been a defense of the Outside Interference Waffle House World Championship as of late, it's my pleasure to assure you the title will be up for grabs at NXT War Games! It would seem there was no room for a Takeover during the takeover. Last, but not least, one week from today is Survivor Series! Our normal prediction game should be in effect. There was no game during Crown Jewel because Wu has been busy as of late, we must assume. We shall see what the gameplan is throughout the week and work from there. The game must go on!
