NXT 2.0 War Games Results



There it was: The first post-rebranding NXT pay per view, the last WWE pay per view event of the year, War Games. So many of us came into this event expecting something different, and not in a positive way. The the jury is in. War Games is innocent. It was a shockingly fine event! While things may be a tad wacky on Tuesday nights, the multicolor splatter brand delivered on all sides (well, inside the ring. The vignettes get mixed reviews.)

Since we managed to find some old merch for our local legendary losers for the Trios contest last month, this author thought the year should end with one more gift for one of OI's best worsts. With that said, there was another contest being held: the last Outside Interference Waffle House World Championship chase of the year! DiP came into this event as champion. He nearly made it to the final stage, but fell one point short of making it to the three way tiebreaker. Three of Outside Interference's finest managed to accumulate a solid 7/10 points. To figure out who walks out of 2021 with the Golden Waffle, we look to the length of the men's War Games match: 38:11. The given answers to the tiebreaking question are as follows: I Have Grit lowballed at a hurried 25 minutes even. Malk came closer to the target, but slightly overshot at 44:08. That leaves us with the winner that guessed with near precision 39:00, AND NEW Outside Interference Waffle House World Champion...

This wraps up the 2021 Outside Interference Prediction League season.
